Why do you want to be a curator? i wanna be a curator because i wanna help people, i wish to be able to help people sort through their issues which i have found to have quite a handle on when dealing with things within my friend group, i also get along with people easily which is definitely helpful when being a curator

How active are you?? Completely inactive 8/10

If somebody is harassing you or another member in a chatroom or post, what would you do? i would take down the post/chatroom and private chat the person and ask what their motive is for what they’re doing, if it’s an underlying issue between person A and B, it could be sorted, through moderated mediation or hearing both stories and getting them to apologise etc. if i couldn’t figure out what to do on my own, i would go to other curators/leaders to get their opinions/help on what i can do, because not everything i can solve in my own. if there was no underlying issue and they’re just harassing someone for the sake of doing it i could tell them not to do it again and to further not harass that person, if ignored i would take it up with other curators/leaders to see what we can do, and if the person who it was aimed at saw it, check up on them to make sure they’re okay.

What is your time zone and what times are you online? AWST, usually between 6-8 am and then depending on day it’s either 3-4:30 pm i would come back online and i’m usually awake until 1-3am

Two users get into a serious argument in a public chatroom, what would you do? split the two from each other, such as removing them from the group chat, talk to them both and try and figure out the story on what happen, give them time to cool off before doing moderated mediation with eachother, if it ends in argument again then i’d say it’s up to the leaders and curators on what to next, whether one or both get ban, strike, warning etc.

If somebody messaged you asking to be a curator, what would you do? explain to them nicely that it’s not something i can give, nor can i get people to give it to them either. explain that being a curator is a process of choosing by leaders and it’s not something i can give.

You find a user posting things in Arabic but they seem omori related, what would you do? talk to them and see if they can edit their post to be in english, if not done so or listened to, comment on the post saying something along the lines of this post cannot stay up as it violates community guidelines, please make sure you read them etc.

You find a user posting about their favorite soccer team, what would you do? first comment on the post, letting the person know that this isn’t the place to post about that type of thing as this is the omori amino and ask they reread the guidelines as this isn’t the place to talk about that kinda thing, and if they have any further questions they can talk to me about it

Somebody has made a call-out post on another user! What would you do? take down the post and DM the person who calling out, hear out what they have to say and what the issue is between them. DM the person who was being called out, hear their side of the story, talk to fellow curators and leaders, get their thoughts and opinions and the next steps will follow on what the other moderates think to do

Why do you think you should be chosen to be a more than to be a curator more than other people? i can deal with being under stress and i enjoy helping people, i love this amino and would love it for people to be able to as well :3
